Corporativo Gran Relax Internacional, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “MUNDO CHARRO” or the “Controller”), with address at Av. Paseo de las Palmas 735, Suite 1107, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, ZIP 11000, Mexico City, Mexico, in compliance with the provisions of the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”), hereby informs you of this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”), which aims to inform you of the terms and conditions for the processing of simple personal data and/or (ii) financial personal data and/or (iii) sensitive personal data (collectively referred to as “Personal Data”), which may be provided by the data subject.
2. Personal Data Subject to Processing
The Personal Data that may be collected are the following: full name, business or corporate name, addresses, country of residence, gender, date and place of birth, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, bank account information, Federal Taxpayer Registry Key (RFC), and Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) (the “Personal Data”).

Primary purposes
MUNDO CHARRO informs you that the Personal Data provided will be used for the following necessary purposes:
- Register you in our database;
- Provide the products and/or services;
- Process payments for the products or services provided;
- Comply with invoicing obligations;
- Keep you informed about our products and/or services;
- Comply with obligations and exercise rights arising from our legal relationship;
- Carry out procedures and comply with legal requirements before authorities;
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal provisions;
- Conduct inquiries, investigations, audits, and reviews related to any complaint or claim;
- Register and update our management system;
- Contact you for customer service purposes and to respond to inquiries or comments;
- Analyze the accuracy of the information provided;
- Verify supplier compliance and invoicing capability;
- Make applicable charges or payments;
- Control access to our facilities.
Secondary purposes
Additionally, we may use your personal data for the following secondary purposes, which are not necessary to maintain the legal relationship but help us provide better service:
- Communication, promotion, and advertising of products and/or services;
- Manage access to our website and applications;
- Provide information about our distributors;
- Improve communication and customer relationships.
If you do not wish your personal data to be used for these secondary purposes, you may notify us at contacto@mundocharro.mx. Such refusal will not affect the services or products you request.
5. Data Transfers
The Controller informs you that, in order to comply with its contractual, administrative, fiscal, civil, and/or commercial obligations, the Controller may transfer your Personal Data to affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, national or foreign, on the understanding that they share internal processes and policies and are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data provided and to observe compliance with the terms and conditions of this Notice.
Likewise, the Controller informs you that the Personal Data will be entered into a database for the purpose of: (i) integrating your file as a client and/or provider; (ii) obtaining the necessary information to provide the services that may be or have been contracted; (iii) sending invitations to events and activities; (iv) sending advertising, marketing, or commercial prospecting information.

Additionally, we inform you that, to fulfill the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, the Controller may transfer your personal data without your consent in the following cases established by Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties:
- When the transfer is provided for in a law or treaty to which Mexico is a party.
- When the transfer is made to subsidiary or affiliated companies of the Controller, or to any company of the same group as the Controller that operates under the same processes and internal policies.
- When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the owner, by the Controller and a third party.
- When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice.
- When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process.
- When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of the legal relationship between the Controller and you.
Likewise, we inform you that the Controller may send your personal data to third-party service providers necessary for the fulfillment of legal, accounting, regulatory, or contractual obligations of MUNDO CHARRO or its affiliates, as well as to third parties that provide services related to information technologies, operation, and administration.
In such cases, we inform you that the Controller makes this Privacy Notice available to such third parties to be respected at all times and that the necessary measures are adopted so that those with access to your personal data comply with the same, as well as with the principles of personal data protection established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Except for the exceptions provided in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Controller will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless you have previously consented to such transfer.
6. Browsing and Cookies:
You are informed that cookies may be used on the WEB page. Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on the hard drive during the time it is connected to the WEB. For its part, web beacons are images inserted into an internet page or email, which can be used to monitor visitor behavior, such as storing information about the user’s IP address, the duration of interaction time on that page, and the type of browser used, among others.
We inform you that we use cookies and web beacons to obtain personal information, such as your browser type and operating system; the internet pages you visit; the links you follow; or your IP address. These cookies and other technologies can be disabled. To do this, you can configure your browser to notify and reject the installation of cookies, without affecting the possibility of accessing the content.
7. Means and Procedures to exercise ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)
If you have any questions or concerns about how the Responsible processes Personal Data, or if you wish to access, rectify, delete, copy, limit, cancel the use or eliminate Personal Data, if you object to their use, or if you wish to revoke your consent to the processing of these as provided in this Notice, please contact the Information Technology Director (the Administrator), by sending an email to contacto@mundocharro.mx specifying your name, address, and the object of your request. Also, to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (hereinafter “ARCO Rights“) provided in the Law, by sending your request to the following address: contacto@mundocharro.mx.
Once the Administrator receives the corresponding request, an analysis will be carried out in accordance with the Law, its Regulations, and internal privacy policies. The person in charge will respond to your request within 3 (three) business days after the day in which it was received, and this response may be affirmative or negative and duly substantiated.
Please note, however, that certain Personal Data may be exempt from such access, rectification, suppression, copying, and deletion in accordance with data protection laws or other laws and regulations.
8. Limitations on Use or Disclosure of Personal Data
You may, at any time, revoke your consent for the processing of your Personal Data, as well as limit its use or disclosure. In addition to the procedure contemplated in the immediately preceding section, you may limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with the following:
- Registering in the Public Registry of Advertising of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency. For more information regarding this option, contact PROFECO directly.
- Sending an email to the Administrator with the request for your registration in the “Advertising Exclusion List”, in order not to receive promotional information about our products and services.
- Following the link that will appear in the advertising sent for that purpose.
9. Personal Data Department
The Controller will take appropriate measures to protect Personal Data and Financial and/or Sensitive Personal Data that are compatible with data security and privacy laws and regulations, including administrative, technical, and physical security measures, even obliging third parties with whom a relationship exists under the terms of this Notice, to have appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Data and Financial and/or Sensitive Personal Data. We inform you that the security measures are identical to those that the Controller uses to keep its own information, and all this information is confidential due to the nature of the services provided by the Controller.

All communication to said address must have a corresponding acknowledgment of receipt from the same by email to the email address we have as part of your information, otherwise, it will be considered as not made.
10. Modifications to the Privacy Notice
This Notice may be modified by the Controller to reflect legal updates or improvements. Any changes will be published at https://mundocharro.mx within seven (7) business days of implementation of the new privacy notice.
